Flight bookings and airline approvals remain the responsibility of the traveler and airline.

🛫Pet Arrival & Drop-Off Assistance 🛬

Family First Drivers offers airport pet pickup, temporary care, and drop-off assistance services for travelers arriving in Houston and surrounding cities, including select Texas airport locations based on scheduling and availability.

We assist with:

• Airport pet pickup  
• Temporary supervision and safe care  
• Walk and water breaks  
• Communication updates during pickup  
• Assistance for international arrivals  
• Safe care until owners arrive for pickup  
• Coordinated pet drop-off assistance when needed  

This service is ideal for travelers experiencing delayed arrivals, rental car pickup delays, international travel transitions, or temporary scheduling gaps after pet arrival.

All services are handled professionally with a strong focus on safety, communication, comfort, and dependable care throughout the process.

For select pets that qualify for airline in-cabin travel, Family First Drivers offers flight nanny coordination and transport support.
Your pet travels inside the cabin with a dedicated companion — never cargo — with real-time communication throughout the journey.All of our flights are confirmed flights only, no standby tickets are used in order to avoid unnecessary delays. 

This service is generally intended for small dogs and cats that meet airline in-cabin size requirements and may not be available for all routes or breeds.

Flexible Payment Terms for your convenience

When you book our service, you'll only need to pay half of the transport fee upfront. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival, ensuring flexibility and peace of mind throughout the journey for you. (flight transports require 75% upfront)

There are NO rush fees, and at NO extra charge, all our clients receive VIP solo rides. This means we only transport for one family at a time to keep your pets safe from diseases, stress and aggressive animals that could cause serious harm to them.

If our pricing seems too low, it’s probably because your pick-up date or location is convenient for us. We're not in business to get rich off of one person. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service at a reasonable price!

                                PLEASE NOTE:
Booking is NOT confirmed until we've agreed on a price and received a deposit of at least half of the transport cost. If you pay in full and need to cancel, you’ll receive a 50% refund. For flight transports, a deposit of 75% is required and a 25% refund is given to those who pay in full if you need to cancel. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. We have 30 minute grace period if we have to wait beyond our agreed pick up time. If you cancel or reschedule when the driver is already in route, there will be NO refund.
