Booking is NOT confirmed until we've agreed on a price and received at least half of the transport cost. If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you need to reschedule, give us at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. If you cancel when the driver is already in route, there will be NO refund.
